  • 5-Day Plan → Use if you meet with this group daily.

  • 3-Day Plan → Use if you meet 3 times per week.

If your schedule looks a little different (1, 2, or 4 days), simply adjust the pacing to fit your week. The structure stays the same — you’re just spreading it out or tightening it up.
